Beer chill proofer, beer chill proofing agent, papain
Our engineer team has developed a liquid beer chill proofer, mainly papain and sorbite, which is high pure, stable, transparent, widely used in beer and wine brewing, beverage, herb, etc.
Papain and sorbite are such enzymes which can cleave the internal bonds of proteins, chopping them in to smaller non-visible units. It is widely used by brewers as the most cost-effective method of Chill Haze stabilization.
Beer chill proofer added beer has been fined before packaged, usage 10ml per ton.
Package: 100ml or 1,000ml per bottle.
